F95 Series

F95 Series Solid Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitor product line is now available in a larger selection of values. The F95 solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors from KYOCERA AVX are conformal coated chip capacitors that are compliant to RoHS3 directive 2015/863/EU. The frameless feature allows for a larger amount of capacitance in a smaller package in order to save board space. F95 Series Solid Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitors are available with capacitance rated from 1µF to 470µF in 4V, 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 20V, 25V, 35V and 50V. These capacitors offer ESR (@100kHz) from 0.4Ω to 15.0Ω. Applications for F95 Solid Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitors include smartphones, wireless modules, tablet PCs, and e-books.
