They are available in fifteen case sizes, voltage ratings spanning 6.3 to 50V, and operating temperatures of up to 125°C. Packaging options include both loose and tape & reel for auto insertions. KYOCERA AVX hermetically sealed wet tantalum capacitors are axial leaded devices for through-hole assembly. There are 4 case sizes, voltage ratings spanning 6V to 125V, and operating temperatures of up to 200°C.
