The TCO series use the conductive polymer at the cathode for ultra-low ESR. Conductive polymer capacitors utilizes a new efficient package design, featuring lager capacitance in a smaller form factor. Conductive polymer is used at the cathode for greater conductivity than conventional manganese dioxide, resulting in significantly lower ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance). It has a self-healing function that prevents failure, resulting in safe, high reliability operation.
