MIL-PRF-32525 BME NP0 MLCCs are approved by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and included in its Qualified Products Database (QPD). Designed to satisfy aerospace and defense market demands, these base metal electrode (BME) MIL-PRF-32525 NP0 MLCCs provide higher-CV performance than standard surface-mount MIL-SPEC MLCCs with precious metal electrodes (PME), reducing the gap between commercial and MIL-SPEC product ranges while meeting “M” and “T” MIL-SPEC reliability levels. This offers several key benefits for aerospace and defense design engineers, allowing them to utilize smaller case sizes, reduce PCB weight, and maximize the efficiency of their PCB layouts. These leading-edge, high-CV, DLA-QPD-approved MLCCs also incorporate surface-mount FLEXITERM® terminations, which significantly enhances resistance to the thermomechanical stresses MLCCs experience during PCB assembly and throughout their lifetime.

MIL-PRF-32525 BME NP0 capacitors are currently available in 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 1210 case sizes with capacitance and voltage ranges ranging from 68–47,000pF and 4–100V.
