AVX Corporation, a leading international supplier of electronic components, has received the 2005 Supplier Excellence Award from TTI, a leading passive and connector specialist.
“The 2005 Supplier Excellence Award rewards the manufacturer that most fully supports TTI’s passion for customer service and a commitment to overall customer satisfaction,” said Melanie Pizzey, Vice President Global Product Operations for TTI. “Each year manufacturers that score above our expectation are honored.”
The Supplier Excellence Award is based on criteria including quality and performance measurements, sales volume, and business growth percentage. AVX received very high marks in almost all the categories under consideration but scored particularly well in terms of business growth.
