Low capacitance USB Series varistors are designed to protect the high speed data lines against ESD transients. They have very low capacitance and fast turn on times that make this series ideal for data and transmission lines with high data rates. The unique design enables these devices to meet the rigorous testing criteria of the IEC 61000-4-2 standards.

Available in 0402 and 0603 case sizes and in 0405 2-element and 0612 4-element array with working voltage 18Vdc and typical capacitance from 3 to 10pF. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with no derating. Parts offer excellent lead free solderability thanks to Ni Barrier/100% Sn termination however PdAg termination for hybrid assembly is also available upon request.
