The F98 Series Solid Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitors are small, SMD resin-molded chips with high capacitance between 0.47µF and 220µF and rated voltages between 2.5V and 35V. The F98 Capacitors are RoHS3 compliant to directive 2015/863/EU. The F98 Series offers high CV capabilities with the undertab design, and has small case sizes such as 0402, 0603, and 0805.
